The decoration of Miss Ten Homestay was charming and cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas, such as the garden and terrace, were beautifully maintained and provided a peaceful space to relax and unwind. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel, with well-lit pathways and comfortable seating throughout the property. It made getting around and enjoying the amenities much easier for someone like me.
It would have been even better if there were some additional assistance available for senior people, such as handrails or grab bars in the bathrooms or staircases. This would have provided extra support and ensured a safer vacation experience.

From the minute we arrived, Miss Ten welcomed us with open arms. The homestay's decoration had a warm and cozy feel, making us feel right at home. The general areas, including the garden and terrace, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere. As a senior, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the accommodation, with no stairs or uneven pathways to navigate. Miss Ten and her family were always there to assist us, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection to choose from each day. The children working there went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, even surprising us with delicious banana pancakes and cold juice. If you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Hoi An, I highly recommend this homestay.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is the availability of a lift. As the homestay doesn't have one, it can be a bit challenging for seniors with mobility issues to navigate between the floors.

We recently stayed at a homestay in Vietnam and had an amazing experience. the host, Miss Ten, and her family were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Her husband even picked us up from the train station with a warm greeting. the room was spotless, and Miss Ten's high standard of cleanliness was evident throughout the entire house. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included, as well as the refreshments and fruit that Miss Ten would provide throughout the day. She was always available to offer advice and even helped us arrange a tour during our stay. We also took advantage of her laundry service, which was quick and reasonably priced. Miss Ten went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and we would highly recommend her homestay to others. Cons: Nothing for me.

The place was spotlessly clean, with a hot shower and a big, comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure I had a great stay. The location was also perfect, close to the main attractions and in a quiet street.
That they didn't accept credit card payments, but other than that, my experience was absolutely delightful.
